Share your customer stories
People usually get advice from other people before they make a purchase.
They might ask their mum if they like a necklace, look up your reviews or check the testiomonials page on your site before hitting 'buy.'
Testimonials and reviews are an excellent way of showcasing the quality of what it is you do and build trust with your audience.
